Me in a nutshell.
I was born in Franklin, Louisiana, and grew up across several east coast states, from New Hampshire to South Carolina to Florida. Moving often
taught me adaptability and connection; I learned how to communicate with many different people, from varying backgrounds, which to shaped how I collaborate
and lead today.
At Columbia College in South Carolina, I pursued Mathematics and Chemistry, drawn to the logic and structure behind how things work.
It was during those studies that I took my first programming course and discovered how seamlessly problem-solving and creativity could
merge. My professors recognized my strength for debugging and development, and together we replaced several math courses with programming,
one of the best and most exciting decisions of my life.
While in college, I worked as a tutor, using code to track my students’ progress and manage finances; an early hint of how I’d combine
automation with real-world problem-solving. After graduation, I founded a small business, applying data-driven systems to operations and client
experience. It was successful, but it also made me realize that my true passion was in creating tools that make people’s work simpler, smarter,
and more meaningful.
Today, as a Senior AI and Automation Engineer, that same passion drives everything I do, designing intelligent systems that bridge
technology and human insight, helping teams focus on impact instead of inefficiency. I believe great automation doesn’t replace people, it
empowers them.
Merging Math, Mind, and Machine.
An AI-powered triage and context engine that accelerates case resolution and empowers Customer Success teams with actionable insight. By helping users quickly understanding a customer’s historical and technical context by retrieving and summarizing related Salesforce Cases, Jira Tickets, and active subscription details. SYNaTRA reduces time-to-context and improves first-contact resolution through concise, data-driven summaries and next-step guidance.
A process-engineering initiative to streamline a request workflow that became unmanageable during rapid growth. By documenting and analyzing the existing Oracle-based process, then rebuilding it within Salesforce using Visualforce, Apex, and reusable plug-and-play code modules, this project improved efficiency, transparency, and adoption. Deliverables included interactive process documentation, automated form generation (PDF rendering via Visualforce), and user-friendly dashboards and training guides to empower both end-users and developers.
